Grief is deep, it’s emotional, it’s heart breaking and raw.
It’s ugly crying, hurt and misunderstanding.
It’s unbelievable, but at the same time it’s also so much of the opposite. It brings people together.
There is laughter of memories, support, messages and presence.
There are flowers and beautiful songs that sometimes make you feel all the emotions that are humanly possible within five minutes.
There are memories, good and bad. Pictures, videos and so so many feelings.
Days that flow from being quite OK to a night that becomes very much the opposite.
But I found: Overall, there is love, compassion and respect.
May you find that too, when you are being overwhelmed with loss.
